Mr. Towers is General Manager / Director with DP World Adelaide, South Australia. He joined DP World in January 2002 as Engineering Manager. Preceding this Mr. Towers worked within the Cement Industry for 19 years and then joined The Port of Portland, Australia’s first privatised Port where he held the position of Operation’s Manager. Overall Mr. Towers brings 27 years experience to DP World encompassing Management, Engineering and Operational roles. He was active in achieving ISO: 14001 Environmental Management Certification for the Adelaide Terminal, the first Terminal in Australia to embrace this. Mr. Towers holds a Diploma in Business Management and is currently studying for his Advanced Diploma with the Australian Institute of Management.
Peter has over 20 years experience in the shipping industry. He spent 10 years working in the local Adelaide marketplace before taking on role’s in Western Australia and Queensland as Branch Manager. In early 2002 Peter moved back to Adelaide and joined the newly formed Flinders Ports – Adelaide’s privately owned port operator. Peter brings with him a wealth of experience in matters relating to shipping and already has strong relationships with key customers within the industry.
Clementina has over 20 years combined experience within the various disciplines of Human Resources including specialist recruitment, training and development roles. Clementina joined DPI Terminals Adelaide Pty Ltd in 1995 (known as Sea-Land at that time) and has previously held local and national positions within the major retail, supermarket and manufacturing industries. Clementina is a long-standing member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). Clemmie holds a Diploma in Adult and Vocational Education that she received from the University of South Australia.
Colin’s professional career spans over 30 years experience in the Maritime Industry both afloat and ashore. Since coming ashore he was initially involved with the Shipping Line side of the business before transferring to Terminal Operations for DPI Terminals Adelaide Pty Ltd. Colin joined Sea-Land Service Inc in 1992 and held several positions from Intermodal Manager, Marine Manager to his current position as Operations Manager. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Shipping attained from the Maritime College in Launceston Tasmania.
Craig joined DPI Terminals Adelaide in June 2003 following a career spanning 30 years in the manufacturing industry. While Craig’s experience has been specifically Finance focused, Craig’s career has included extended periods in production/operations, HR and Commercial as well as General Management.
